If you don`t move forward with the Sales Executive and the CFO, you insist on talking to the Sales Manager or General Manager. If they don`t help, then call the financial company (probably Hyundai Finance, but not necessarily) and explain that the dealer sold you the car and financing incorrectly. You can even call Hyundai`s headquarters (if you buy from a Hyundai dealer) and complain to them. Remember to be calm but lucid and refuse to accept the car or even sign something for the car.
